Celebrating ART that inspires society
The pandemic showed us that it’s not always easy to do the right thing.
2020 made us realize that artists and companies who do the right thing and create a better world, deserve acknowledgement and recognition.
International ARTIST DAY was created in Canada in 2004. Our do the right thing nod to the arts is embedded in our cultural DNA.
Multicultural Canada has a proud history of PEACEKEEPING. Doing the right thing through cooperation always played a role in our true north strong and free identity.
Canada also has a sterling reputation for saying … SORRY, a word recognized around the world as the first step to forgiveness and healing.
Someone has to go first. >>>>
The KARMIC part in Karmic Swag represents a spiritual and unconscious presence that artists create and imbue into a work of art.
It inspires others to do the same, which is half the battle to encourage change.
Karmic Swag is NOT a B Corp, but the philosophy of trust they nurture is a big part of our long term plan too.
To quote from their website, “(B Corporations) are legally required to consider the impact of their decisions on their workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment. This is a community of leaders, driving a global movement of people using business as a force for good.“
We like that … so if you are, or if know a creative or art company who might share similar vision, introduce yourself or them to us today!
See the Twitter info in blue below …
Our goal is to acknowledge leaders, whether artist or group, pro or amateur including art orgs and companies who create art that inspires positivity in our societies.
For now … all this is only for recognition. Soon though, artists who do the right thing will also have an opportunity to win not only accolades and an opportunity to be featured within our community, but hopefully soon, to win cash/crypto, supplies, software, commissions, training, grants, travel, and more. We’re still working on the prizes part and looking for sponsors. If you know someone or a company who might be interested please hook us up.
All ARTISTS we acknowledge will be promoted globally through our iADx365 community.
We want to recognize innovative artists and art orgs who live and think positively and collaborate.
We’ll consider, among other things, artists who strive to elevate the social conversation and create art that helps improve people’s lives, and our world
Basically, we’re looking for agents of cultural and artistic change —>
What does an Agent of Change look like? It’s hard to describe, but you’ll know it when you see it.
We didn’t invent the Do the Right Thing concept, far from it. We just think it’s time to make it a concerted effort globally.
In case you haven’t noticed, we have “INTERNATIONAL ARTIST” in our name, and have been doing stuff like this for a long time, so who better?
There is a caveat or two: The artist(s) and/or artwork you’d like us to consider must not promote or glorify violence, racism, intimidation, inequality, pornography, hatred, segregation or whatever is deemed socially unethical, immoral, or inappropriate. We’re not prudes by any stretch, but also not hateful or abusive.
Also, no glorification of polarization.
Zero Zip Nada!

The really cool part of our iADx365 world peace karma conversation is that as the popularity of Karmic Swag grows, and if all the stars align of course, it creates a perfect platform for the rest of the art world to pay it forward … pure karma.
